Service level
The different levels are mainly to do with the way the reports are sent to you.

Level 1: Adequate for most employers, payslips and reports delivered by post to you.

Level 2: Upto two reports deliverd by email.

Level 3: Upto 5 reports by email and 2 CSV files plus authorisation and ammendments prior to finalising. A new set of reports is sent to include any changes.
