As the cost of posting the pay details out to your clients and the production of PDF and CSV files is on a per run basis we need to know the number of clients that this estimate covers to calculate the number of payroll runs. As you can mix and match service levels and options across all your clients only enter the number of clients that this quote configuration applies to. To get a total cost across all your clients run a quote for each different configuration and then add them all together.
