Online services for clients

Using our online services for clients is just one way of getting information to us, we are just as happy to receive it by email, phone, fax or post. Currently you can send us all the information we need to setup a new payroll system for you and send us the pay details for each pay period. This is not an online payroll system.

New payroll system

This is a very easy and stress free way of sending us the information we need to setup a new payroll system for you. There is no registration required, just click 'Setup new payroll' in Related pages, read the introduction to ensure that it is exactly what you are looking for and then start entering some basic company and employee information. We should have your payroll system up and running within 24 hours. It's as simple as that.

Pay details submission

This is a sophisticated system that allows you to inform us of changes to your company details, new employees, changes to existing employee details and the pay details for the current period. On a date you choose a reminder that the pay details are due will be sent to you, once you have made the submission a note confirming all the details will be sent back to you. To ensure the security of the system clients must register for the service using information that only they will know, once the system has been set up only users knowing the user id for the company and a security password will be able to gain access.

For the future

Loads of things for the future. The main one being the provision of historical payroll data from the commencement of online submissions. This will include payslips, the reports we sent to you at the time, PAYE statements for each month or quarter. This is just for starters, the system will be under constant development and should provide you with a single point of 'contact' for the management of your payroll with us.
