Payroll fact sheets

Fact sheets

These fact sheets cover most, if not all, of the aspects of running your own payroll. We have tried to supply enough information for it to be useful but at the same time not bogging you down with all the why's and wherefores and, most importantly, without all the legal jargon.

We have fact sheets covering employment contracts to maternity payments and the National Minimum Wage to Statutory Sick Pay and many many more. Find out the implications on your day to day payroll administration of holidays, pensions, redundancy, all the statutory payments and so on and so forth.

Frequently asked questions

With your help we are currently assembling a series of FAQ's for each area covered by the fact sheets (not the employment law as this area is covered by in depth articles available for download). The FAQ's can be accessed from the top of each fact sheet and give a straight forward answer to genuine questions asked. If you feel a question should be listed in our FAQ's then just send it to us by clicking 'Ask us a question' in the FAQ box at the top of many of the fact sheets.

Employment law

We have expanded our fact sheets to incorporate the employment law information and there is a new section of our free letters, forms, contracts and policies.

By combining the two sections we have more topics and are able to update each topic sooner when the law changes. As always the information is free to all and there is no need to register and login.

Payroll services

Payroll is probably one of the most complicated area's, and the one that always has to be 100% correct, that has to be dealt with on a daily basis. What makes it even worse is that the rules seem to change from day to day.

If you would rather put all of this behind you then just give us a call and within 24 hours peace and order will have been restored, a load lifted off your shoulders and most importantly, you'll now be able to concentrate on what you do best. Click the payroll tab for more information.
