| Ordinary and Additional Statutory Paternity Pay is the lesser of 90% of the average pay for the eight week period prior to fifteen weeks prior to the expected date of birth or the current flat rate of SPP and ASPP. If there has been a pay rise since the averaging period then the new rate is used. |
