Does overtime have to listed as a separate entry on a payslip?
There is no legal requirement that overtime has to be listed separately on a payslip, however it does make sense to have it separated so that it is not confused or mixed in with normal earnings. The law says that the total gross pay has to listed as well as any deductions and the net pay.
