| Yes, all employees are entitled to the option of taking up a stakeholder pension regardless of their employment status. The employer need not make a scheme available until a minimum number of employees (regardless of their status) have been reached but once reached a scheme must be made available to all employees equally. The level of contributions is a personal choice and is nothing to do with the employer. |
