What you will need

Here is a list of the information you will need to complete your online payroll start-up. Its split into three types.

* Red star ~ mandatory information. With out this information you will be unable to proceed to the next step.

* Blue star ~ required information. This information is required but if not available we can get it at a later date, you will be able to continue without it. Missing information in these boxes may affect the correct calculation of your payroll.

All other information boxes should be filled in if relevant. This information can be given to us at a later date if needed and will generally not affect the calculation of your payroll.

  • Whether sole trader, partnership etc

  • Full address
  • Date of birth
  • Employment start date

Blue star: required information

Employee information

  • PAYE scheme and collection reference
  • National Insurance number
  • Tax code

  • Payment details since April 6th
  • P45 info from a previous job since 6th April
