Start payroll service

Send your payroll details online

This is not an online payroll system, you will be sending us your company and employee details to our offices so that we can provide you with our office based payroll service.

By following three simple steps we will have your company payroll setup within 24 hours.

You can still start with our payroll services over the 'phone, by email, by fax or by post, the choice is yours.

Getting to know our service

Before continuing please visit these two pages as you will be asked to confirm that you agree to their contents.

To enable you to get all the information together beforehand you can get a list of everything required for both employer and employee forms split into mandatory, required and 'if relevant' groups by clicking 'General information' in Related pages.

Step 1, company details

A few details about your company that will enable us to setup your your payroll and account with us and, when required, information to get your Inland Revenue PAYE employers scheme.

Step 2, employee details

Just a few details about each employee and their previous payment history.

The more information you send to us the quicker we can setup your payroll.

Step 3, confirmation of details

Once you have finished we will send you an email confirming the details you sent us. We will also ask you to agree to take the service for 12 months under our standard terms of service.

Once we have received your reply we shall setup your payroll system and, if required, process any payments. If we don't receive a reply we will be unable to welcome you as a client.
