Security payslips

The security payslips we use are pressure sealed and have a disruptive pattern to obscure the contents, access is gained by removing three perforated strips. The name and address is on the outside and it is suitable for posting out. A charge is made for each payslip produced.

Post to employee

We post out security payslips by first class mail on the day of processing directly to each employees home address. File copy payslips are included in the pack of reports sent to you for your records. A charge is made for both the security payslip and the posting service. The service applies to all the employees within a pay run; we are unable to separate out individual employees for this option.

BACS payments

BACS payments for your employees are electronically transmitted on the day of processing for payment into the employees bank account. Due to bank processing times the payment will take three working days to arrive in the employees accounts; if, for example, they are transmitted on a Wednesday they will be in the accounts on the Friday. The payments can be scheduled for up to thirty one days ahead. A BACS facility will need to be setup with your bank; we can help with this, and normally takes around three weeks. We charge a yearly fee to cover our software licence fees and a per employee payment charge.

E-file year end

All employers have to e-file their year end forms from 2009-10; we charge a flat rate fee to submit your year end (and in year) forms electronically. Sould you decide to submit your own in year and year end forms via the HMRC web site we will provide all the information that will enable you to do so.
