The basics of our payroll service Our service has been designed to take away all the hassle so that you can concentrate more on your business rather than the admin behind it. As well as a hassle free payroll we also provide unlimited telephone and online help and advice on your payroll and employment law. After setting up your payroll system and registering you as an employer with the Inland Revenue (if needed) we will automatically produce your payroll for each period if you have told us that the pay details will be the same each time or wait for you to advise us of any changes or the pay details for that period. Payslips with supporting management reports are sent for every pay period, including a statement of pension and attachment deductions made. We will send a PAYE statement advising you of the amount of PAYE tax and NIC's that are due to be paid to HMRC either monthly or quarterly (over 1500.00 it has to monthly), we will administer the payment for you if you wish. At the end of the tax year we will prepare and produce your end of year details either electronically (with your authority) or ready for a paper submission by you to your local tax office. We will also produce your employees P60 end of year earnings statements. Throughout the year we will deal with all your employees and any government agencies queries and advise you of the query and the solution. We have a sliding scale of charges based upon the number of payslip calculations we perform over a calendar month and any options you have selected. Our charges can be calculated online; click 'Online quote' in Related pages, and other than optional items there are no extra or hidden charges at all. If we have tailored our standard service for you we will make a charge for the options we have used; these charges are in addition to the payslip charge.
