The types of payslip we have

Standard payslip

This is our own design of payslip that 95% of our clients have chosen to receive. On the left are all the 'year to date' amounts, in the middle the payment breakdown is detailed and to the right are all the deductions. In addition we print the employee's address in the lower left hand box as well dedicated areas for all the other information that the law demands and your employee will need. An 'open' type of payslip is suitable for situations where it is not important that the information on the payslip can be seen or there would not be a situation where it could be seen. For example, if the same person compiled the wage information and distributed the payslips they would not be seeing any information that they did not already know and would not be making that information public.

All payroll information is confidential and every effort must be made to ensure that it remains so. If there may be a situation where this information could be viewed by unauthorised people then we would recommend that you use our security payslips.

Security payslip

Pressure sealed security payslip. The information inside is kept secure by a pressure sealed strip along the outside edges. To view the payslip details three of the edges have to be removed by tearing along a perforation. Further security is provided by a coloured interference pattern printed on the rear of the sealed unit and coloured internal paper, making it impossible to read 'through' the paper. In addition to the security issues these are also ideal where there is no need for a pay packet, for example, where your employees are paid directly into their bank, upon receipt they can be distributed immediately with no need of an additional envelope (and the time involved putting it into an envelope).

Your own design of payslip

We are more than happy to use your own design of payslip. You can either provide them yourself or we will make a black and white copy of it on A4 paper for no extra charge. We are also able to arrange for the design and printing of you own custom coloured payslips for a small charge.
